Franky that was an awesome pic thread, I love the feeding response of these guys. I myself have 5 BP's and have never had feeding problems but I see those threads all the time. This BCI didn't even wait to smell or acclimate it just hit that rat like an pile driver, if you notice in the pic he didn't get a coil around the rat, he just oinned it against his body and made the kill that way. I know he could take a small rabbit or Guniea pig but I have been breeding rats and mice for my BP's and Kingsnake so I think I'll stay with that for awhile.
Question: Is this the same aspen you would normally buy in the pet stores? Just cheaper due to the size? Is there an advantage to the chips?
