    Nothing wrong with Herpstats. ;)

    Personally, I use Helix. 10 years ago when I bought my first thermostat, Helix was the only game in town .... now 10 years and dozens of t-stats later, they've never let me down. My original 10 year old Helix "basic system" is still running in my shop keeping some of my high end ball pythons at perfect temperatures.

    The other reason I get excited about Helix thermostats is because when I visit the facilities of professional ball python breeders withs hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of the rarest ball pythons in the world, I always notice that they are using Helix thermostats as well! ... I figure if they're good enough for the pros, they're good enough for me! :D:D:D

    I woulda bought a helix but I spent the extra $13 i saved from the herpstat on a 12 pack of corona. :beer:

    Pshaw. A bum with a couple of REALLY nice snakes. Don't sell yourself short, Adam. I think that without you I would have hyperventilated that entire hour I was soaking Ophelia. O_o
