    This has happened to me a few times as well. Jo has a completely logical explanation though, which makes perfect sense. I have had huge success if I offered the very next day.

    I go by the "You Snooze, You Loose" policy. :) If they miss, or don't eat in the given time period... then they get fed the next week for me... I'm not that forgiving. Its bullseye or bust for my snakes. :)

    I agree - me too! Of course - they are allowed their full 30 minutes on feeding day, so if they miss, they are given the opportunity to try again in the same feeding window if they want to.

    j/k - And the snakes get about an hour with their rodent. (Takes me that long to feed 'em all usually anyway)
