Oh, is that Thelma? =D
You can take credit because you *do* produce lovely geckos...I might have to find out personally some day!

ya judy....katie thought that part was funny too.
Emily, she has not tried a 'crested gecko' on me yet.....she is a great girl though and you did a lovely job at raising her so you need some credit ;)

aw, well thanks. you DO need some geckos you know. life just isn't complete without them. ;)
that is/was mable. i also sold thelma but kept marge and bred her with milton again. those were my 3 original girls (marge, thelma and mable)--i was going to keep them and the holdback females they produced last year, but i thought about it long and hard and decided that while i do love my leos my focus is more on the cresteds, so i decided to cut back just a tad on the leos so i'd have more time for the crested babies. plus, i'm kinda hoping that extra leo rack i bought might be used for some baby bps... :D

lol, maybe she realizes now that she is a leopard gecko since she isn't surrounded by a room full of cresteds. :P has she done the chirpy-squawk for you? she gets talkative sometimes to. :) a few days ago she totally cracked me up--i went in to check on everyone and there she was in one of her usual spots, front feet up on her mealworm dish (which happens to be the same as the one that you have so she should feel right at home there). she was perched there as she likes to do, watching the mealies squirm around until she decides she's ready for a mouthful--except i guess it was hard work because she was totally out, sound asleep. :sleepy: sooo cute!

Re: New addition....
no chirpy-squawk.....but no sound she makes could compare to bryn....
....when I first got her, I went to mist a hide....she was in there....and FREAKED OUT!
ha ha....I can't wait to see her chow down....
I have yet to see Bryn eat....but I know she is because she has doubled in size since I got her....LMAO.

Re: New addition....
lol, just wait until you get hatchlings! they make this long drawn out shrill/scream that sounds like a large prehistoric creature dying a horrible death. it's really quite impressive for such a small creature. :P

Re: New addition....
I know that squawk-scream quite well...one of my bigger females HATES to be misted with a water bottle while most of my others relish in it. She makes it known vocally that she is displeased with it. The only other time she'll screech at me is when I go to check her egg laying box for eggs....she gets mighty protective.:)
