:8:  Ohmygosh, I'm laughing so hard!!! I seriously thought my brother was the only man on the planet that would use that word past the age of 13! I even heard his voice when I read your words........thank you so much for that laugh!!!
As for your description, LBWilson, the white chalky stuff you mentioned that crumbled in your fingers is urates...part of their urine discharge is solid like that and is totally normal.

I'll have to follow Judy's lead on that one. I almost fell out of my chair when I read the word DOOKIE. I haven't heard that since the third grade.

Re: Distinction between poo and vomit~~:>(
i believe the MAIN and most important difference between..ahem snake dookie and a regurg is what end of the snake it comes out of.:colbert2:
Re: Distinction between poo and vomit~~:>(
Regurg tastes more like a dead mouse than the poo does, kidding, I just grossed myself out.
Re: Distinction between poo and vomit~~:>(
Gack is a stank like no other. Poop may reek, but you know it's poop.
When in doubt, stick your nose in there & take a big ol' sniff.
;)

Re: Distinction between poo and vomit~~:>(
Our BP's poops just look like cat poop to me basically. Stinky but not awful (course after raising 4 babies my turd tolerance is pretty high LOL). Sometimes they drop a urate with the feces, sometimes across the tank, sometimes a whole different day is devoted to each "activity" LOL. So far we haven't had a regurge (*knock wood*) but from what I've been told you can't mistake the smell and total grossness of it.
Re: Distinction between poo and vomit~~:>(
i wish i had a regurg. at least he would be eating!! Monty still hasnt eaten since like November!
Re: Distinction between poo and vomit~~:>(
Nope you don't ever want a regurge Alex. Not only would your snake still not be receiving nutrition but you'd be stuck working to find out why he regurged and slowly working him back to being able to even take a normal meal. Not fun.
