    It almost looks like a juvie Boiruna maculata (mussurana), but the red goes too far up the sides. That's the only species that popped to mind when I saw the pic.

    nope.....il give yea's a hint.....this snake spends almost all of its time just under sand and can swim on it and just below it like it is water

    its also very small

    Eh.. some obscure snake I guess. lol Only 'sand swimmers' I know of are sand boas, and that's definitely not one of those.
