    I think the majority of the fault should be placed on the shipper, but I would still be miffed with FedEx. I mean, how unprofessional is that? Even if I had brownies in that box, I don't want some guy using my stuff as a playtoy. SHEESH! :irkd:

    The shipper should have labeled that box, heck, when I had one of my cresties shipped through fed ex, the box was labeled with "live harmless reptile" and even had stickers indicating which way was up; plus a label with how many of what species. I would call your shipper and tell him about this situation and that due to the treatment of this package that you personally witnessed, he should really start labeling his packages. Mention the Lacy Act while you are at it.

    FedEx, I would also call thier corporate office and let them know of the obvious mistreatment of your package by one of thier employees.
