Thanks everyone. They got him for their little girl who is 11 and she would not leave the snake alone at all. She was running down the street with the snake in her hands and swinging the snake everywhere. It had escaped from its tank a few times. Luckly the snake bit her (very small bite) and she didnt want it anymore. They had him for a couple months but he wouldnt eat for them. As soon as I got him hes been a real champ when it comes to eating. Hasnt missed a meal yet, except for shed times.

It seems to me like the snake finally had enough and couldn't stand it no more!!!!I think if I was that snake, I would have bitten her too. Kinda reminds me of the little girl in Finding Nemo. The sad part of it is that this happens all the time, and the people have no idea that it is THEM, not the snake who is doing the wrong.

I couldnt agree more, I kept telling her to leave the snake alone and not to touch it until it starts eating. But they didnt listen, Id say the snake was being held from the moment she woke up to the moment she went to sleep.

Very sad...but happy that she is now in your care! Sounds to me like that is one seriously spoiled child.

Man, I'm so glad you got him away from that little monster...I can't believe how out of control some kids are, especially with a living animal! She looks fantastic now though ^__^ great job with her!
