I handle all my cresties often actually, except the one brought home tonight. The frequency is somewhere around 3-4 times a week each for about 10-20 minutes at a time, depending on how well each are tolerating it at the time. For mine it really varies from time to time. My males seem to tolerate it much better than my known female, she seems a bit more skittish, but is getting better the longer I have her. Squirt, my little dark baby that my daughter got me toletes handling pretty well, when he/she was brought home he/she was pretty skittish, but now does pretty well. The new one I brought home tonight, was pretty tolerant of the little bit of handling I did soon after getting home and at the store. In fact, he/she seemed to not want to be put away when it was time, but this could be a fluke seeing as though it had just been shipped earlier from where ever and put into its cage at the petshop, and then the traveling from there to my house.
If you would like to see pics of my enclosures, see this thread: http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showthread.php?t=26988 . I have a few pics in there of one of my exo terras. Currently, I use exo terra cages, plus a 5 gallon tank and a small critter keeper for the new crestie for now. Soon I will be converting a 40 gallon breeder tank into 2 crestie cages.... hmm, more room for MORE cresties! YAY!

Anyone know what "morph" this is for sure? I think it may be a partial pinstripe harly... but not totally sure? The coloring on its sides does extend throughout its sides from front to back legs, down its legs a bit and onto its feet.

according to the rhac bible, i would say it is a harlequin. when the pattern extends down the sides and legs. if the pattern was just on the dorsal they would call it a fire.
