I use Adobe Photoshop these days, Shelby. I used to work more in prismacolor markers and colored pencil combinations but they don't scan well and it's hard to pass up a medium that actually lets you erase and experiment ;) I did try more elaborate color tricks in the background before going with the simple gradient, but they all looked awful and just took away from her.
I really need to invest in a wacam tablet tho. Coloring with a mouse is hell on my bum wrist and I need to take a little time off the computer with an icyhot sleeve. This is part of why my posts have been so short and sweet lately. Ow! I suffer for my art. :rolleyes: But I love doing it anyway!

Nifty, Sheree.. I have photoshop cs2 and I just ordered a wacom intuos3 tablet. I guess I'm all set. :D

You are all set! I've heard *great* things about the intuos, I've added it to my Amazon wish list :) I have a slightly older version of Photoshop, 7.0, can't wait to see what you do with CS2!

My problem is I have to learn how to USE cs2. lol I ordered the photoshop cs2 bible.. so hopefully that will help me out.
