Awww thank you Judy, that's a lovely thing to say, I truly appreciate it coming from someone like you hon. You do those bike challenges that simply put me in awe of you as well as your just lovely way of sharing and being so centered in the forum.
You know it's funny but as a woman I think I feared a bit of this aging process, I mean who of us wants to watch our body pay the price for childbearing or deal with society and it's non-acceptance of the more mature female. Somehow though I'm trying to learn to be okay with it and glad of whatever wisdom I've stumbled upon along the way to my mid-forties. I just want to get to the place where I can happily look forward to being old and wrinkly and maybe if I'm really lucky a wise old lady (but hopefully still a wisecracking old broad LOL).
Very wise words Christie! I love the concept that if one doesn't look around and stop to appreciate our smallest blessings....we'll never receive the big ones. Your post also brings to mind that old saying..."as you sow, so shall you reap"...be a decent part of your world...your world is more likely to be decent to you I figure.
Apologies for taking this thread a bit off topic shhhli.
