Thanks everyone...they are tiny, funny thing was the eggs seemed so big in comparison. As far as them being nippy yes they strike at everything. I have noticed that small spotteds are very short tempered but what do u expect from something so tiny? In the wild they would have to avoid being dinner for every herp/bird/mammal/insect w/e....try and make yourself look csary I guess. They are great captives and tame well, they are ferocious eaters tho. I can't even touch any of mine on feeding day...even after they finish the meal once your hand gets close enough to them your gonna get bit. Any other time tho they are sweet as candy they have bluffed a few times but I've only been tagged once when I wasn't feeding.
The babies have not yet eaten their first meal, but will be eating the tiniest of pinky mice soon enough. :)
