    Mycoplasmosis is not a sickness or an illness or a disease. It is just normally in the rat's system and when the animal is stressed, the Myco reduces the immune system's ability to fight off infection. Normally, a little sneezing here and there is ok, but sneezing uncontrollably, alot of porphyrin, open-mouth breathing(late stage) is a problem and needs to be addressed.

    What bedding are they on? Do they each have a same-sex cage mate to help reduce stress? I wouldn't breed them until they aren't sneezing, aren't producing massive amounts of porph and are eating very well. What are you feeding them?
