Great job Jamie. I love the BRBs. They're just so beautiful. It sounds like you have worked a miracle with that one, and I can't say enough about people who do stuff like that. It's just wonderful. :hug:

Just a normal small rat from Big Cheese Rodents. Thanks all for the kudos but it doesn't seem like anything special to me. I would help any animal in need. Its just the way I was brought up.

I always feed the rats to the snakes wet.

I love that last picture, she just looks so happy with that tail hanging out of her mouth.:D

Interesting - is it to help the prey be swallowed easier and/or to increase the amount of moisture the snake injests?

I always feed the rodents wet. The theory I'm going with is that the increased moisture keeps the snakes hydrated and thats a good thing. Does it make sense? Who knows! But it works for me :)
