This is a gladware bowl 8"x8"x2" flipped over w/ hole cut. Ozzy loves it.
The water bowl is a clay pot bottom. They could both work in tubs.

As far as hides.. I use everything from plastic and foam tv dinner and fast food trays, to cut down margarine tubs, to kitty litter pans. We don't throw away a lot at my house! ;)

I should mention that I have big BP's so that kitty box looks like it will do the trick I would like to see more pics with hides that big.

Where did you get that awesome waterbowl from? It looks heavy and that's exactly what I need for my tub.

Try gardening centers, Lowe's and craft stores, for example, Jo Ann's, for year-round flower pot stuff...I would guess dollar stores would also be a good bet for various plastic-cheap-bowl-type-things that would work. =)

    Jotay, great setup!

It looks like the water bowl used by elevatethis is a stoneware "Superpet" bowl. I have two of those myself, both purchased at petstores, and they're wonderful - very heavy and they won't tip over.

By the way, these are my favorite hides (they come in four different sizes - from tiny to huge):

I also use the hides sold at www.reptiletubs.com
