Thanks guys! I'll prolly post another penciling of another species before I get this one colored, but you can be sure soon as she's done I'll be posting her up. :) I'm very pleased with how she turned out, the basket was a last minute decision... she needed someplace to keep dinner! ;)

Pieds are so amazing! I'm going to my first reptile expo at the end of the month here in Phoenix (and NOT bringing anything home... no, really, I swear...) and hopefully will get to see all kinds of beauties in person. :) I should bring my sketch book!

I'm hoping that there's some good breeders there for BP's... TSK should be there! Heck, they're a big breeder... they're in CA... PHX isn't that far away!! Bring some animals, TSK! :)

Oh.. and nice pic BTW... I'm so proud that I have a piece of your work!

Gorgeous works Sheree! I can't do more than a darn stick person and even then it's hardly recognizable LOL You're lucky to have such a blessing as this talent to bring your imagination to life on paper!

    Hey Ken,

Do you know of any shows in California, specifically Southern California? I keep looking, even on kingsnake.com, and I see nothing closer than Phoenix...any info or suggested places to look would be great. =)

Dan and Colette of TSK are sooo close (about 90 miles from us), but I'm pretty sure they don't have any "public" at their facility (and I certainly understand why)...but dang! I wanna see some top range ball morphs up close!

Phoenix is only a 4-6 hour drive from Southern Cali... Anything I know/knew about was in San Jose... and that's almost as far, if not further. Seems like the Southwest is not the area for shows... :(

I look forward to taking some of my stuff to a show in a couple of years.

Thanks Ken and Marshall...Phoenix is 6 hours if the traffic is amazing, longer if it's not (the 10 between Indio and Phoenix is hours and hours of merge hell..I avoid it if I can). But, we'll look into Anaheim shows....wish there was more out this way. =P

Thanks guys! I keep debating on posting a finished dragon piece I did up here, but I can't figure out if dragons count as herps... are they warm blooded or cold blooded? :nerd:

I grin everytime I see your icon, Ken! I'm so proud ot that piece! /(^v^)\
