Shelby, I would say $1500 each so $3,000 for a nice pair (example: from Salmonboa.com). You have to keep in mind that when breeding DH X DH your only looking at an outcome of 12.5% of the litter being Sunglows, not the best odds.

$1500 isn't that bad.

I realise that I wouldn't get a lot of sunglows.. maybe not any at all, but the other offspring that exhibit salmon, or albino could be sold at a good price to facilitate buying more breeding stock.
