    I meant that if you happened to house them together all the time, then things would get nasty...no snakes should ever be housed together permanently. Its all good though, you've got it covered.

    good idea on holding that girl back. at 900some grams, she's definitely not ready for this season. Next year though, she should be good to go!

    Actually....a female at 1500 grams and 3 ft would probably be healthy enough to breed....but a female at 1500 grams and 44" would not be.

    Alot of breeders like to go by a 500 grams per foot rule in determining if a female is healthy enough to breed. A 3' snake should be at least 1500 grams to breed....if she is over 3', then chances are she needs to be heavier to lay eggs properly.
