well in the edit i did curse a bit, sowie im vewie sowie momie. yeah tony they are great i know, i live in omagh and drove up there just to see them. But they didn't use this stuff in their cages, and the link with the cedar solidifies my suspicians. im not concerned about anything else than my snake in here. and i don't know why anyone would do that intentionally but the guy told me first hand he's been keeping reptiles for twenty years and the 'cedar myth' has been proven by many people observed by people who keep poultry, reptiles and rodents and it has shown so much negative information about this would being used in bedding animals, so if he didn't know about cedar then i don't know...

going on the evidence this is cedar and some people think it could be safe, saying snakes' sense of smell is extremely greater than ours and the smell alone would be enough the put me off putting it in the viv. thanks.
