Daniel would be the person to talk to about UPS's. :) There's a thread all about power backups and generators. :)

Power backups would not be a bad idea, thanks for the link.

Also ddb, thanks for the suggestion on the new breakers, I talked to him tonight and he was planning two 20amp breakers...now he has to rethink.

You've all been wonderful help, keep the advice coming cause everyone could use a bit of it.

Just remember to find out what the "largest" thermostat you plan on using draws from the wall... (not the output) and do your electrical calcs based on that number.

Well I've been pretty busy lately, but with the tax $$ rolling in I purchased some rack supplies today. 20 6qt. Sterlite tubs for my leos and future hatchlings and some melamine to make the racks. Hopefully Wednesday afternoon I will get a start on my first two of four 10 tub melamine racks, cutting the pieces and getting the correct configurations together.

The only thing that I haven't decided on yet is what go with for flexwatt configuration. I know I'll probably use 3in I just have no clue how I will go about wiring these. Should I take the boaphile rack idea and weave a single flexwatt strip all the way through the rack, or use a strip under each slot and connect to a single power cord?

Anyways, I'll post some pictures as the work progresses.
