    She's a lovely girl and I love the looks of your set-up for her. I think it's wonderful that both of you are here participating in the forum too! It's very obvious that you are both proud "parents"! LOL

    Oh, one other thing - I believe that I've read before that it's not recommended to run two different heating sources on the same thermostat. You can run more than one UTH on the same, with the same reading, but not a UTH and a CHE for example.


    Hopefully someone more knowledgeable can give some input. Since I only run UTH on a thermostat, I'm not sure if my memory is serving me well!

    According to the instructions for the Alife running different types of heaters is fine.

    All in all I am pretty happy now with the enviromental controls and results in the viv. I'm getting solidly consistant 80 cool side, 90 warm side, 60% humidity, 80 air temps now. Took some effort, some time and some money but it's worth it! :)
