    no the tub itself is clear but the lid is white and not see-through.

    but i have her in my room which has no windows and when i am not in there the light is off. should i find a way to tip a light sideways so it shines in or do i need a clear top?

    i found a small piece of plexiglass that is big enough to fit the light on. i cut a hole out of the plastic lid and duct taped the plexiglass on, so now the light will easily shine through!
