I have a small ish rat partly to how long it been and will probably be at med size for him when he decides to
Do you mean that the small rat you have to feed him will be medium sized by the time he decides to eat it; that the feeder rat is growing?

He gets med rat unfortunately they didn’t have a med rat the one I have is smallish/med and with how long he’s been refusing the rat should be a med size when he decides to eat if he doesn’t take it tonight I will see if I can exchange it for a different one

It could be that you're overfeeding him. Small rats are the standard feeder for adult male ball pythons. Some people find that if you feed them larger feeders, then their feeding becomes more erratic. They go fasts. I suggest you switch to small rats. I think you'll find that he eats more regularly for you.

5 months is a fairly long fast. Feeding small rats may keep him from fasting in the future, but it won't break this fast. To do that I suggest you follow Boger's suggestions above. If that doesn't work in the next month or so, I'd take him to a vet. I would also start weighing him every couple weeks to make sure he's not loosing too much weight. I use this scale and it works great. You also may want to preserve his feces in case the vet needs them for testing.
And I had him tested that way last year or so no parasites

Re: Day time exploring
Is the 4/13 weight 3.10 lbs or 3 lbs, 10 oz?

O.K. So, from 3/7 to 4/13, 5 weeks, your bp dropped from 4 lbs, 4 oz (1927g) to 3 lbs, 10 oz (1644 g). That's a loss of almost 15% of his body weight. He doesn't look bad to me, but that seems like a lot of weight to lose so quickly.
