I feed one BP in the viv (I use paper towel as substrate) as I tried feeding him in a separate enclosure when I first got him (I was using Aspen at the time). He didn't like it (or the Aspen) so I switched to paper towel and feed him in viv. I can put my hand in the viv any time (even on feeding day with the smell of rodent on me) and he won't bite me. He did a couple of times when I first got him and he was very young. Don't think he liked the taste of me LOL.

My other BP was being fed out of viv when he was with the rescuers, so I've kept that arrangement and have no problems with him feeding except most times he likes rats but occasionally he'll turn his nose up at a rat but eat a mouse no problem:rolleyes: I've fed all my snakes f/t since day one and have no problem getting them to eat.
