Childrens Python eye looks odd

So 40% is what I try to keep it at, but I do bump it up when I see she is blue.
I will definitley ask the vet about dehydration. If I am doing anything wrong, I will fix it immediately. She is such a sweet girl, I don't want anything to happen to her.

I took Runa to the vet yesterday. They confirmed that it was a stuck eye cap, and that the scab was caused by the cap. Due to her being young and small, they said we should up the humidity higher than normal and wait for her next shed. With the higher humidity everything should come off easy, including the scab. If it doesnt then I need to take her back in.
So I purchased a humidty controler. I have one for my ball python, now my childrens python will have one too.

I'm so glad you got her checked out. :gj: And fyi- small & young snakes do have thinner skins than larger & more mature ones, so they're more likely to have trouble shedding, just because their sheds tear more easily, instead of coming off in one piece. I've raised lots of little ones... Be sure you always check after she sheds, to make sure the shed all came off- watch out for tail tips being left on, especially. It doesn't take many times for your sweet snake to lose her tail tip permanently if the tissue dies because of the constriction* by the remaining shed. (*The blood circulation in a snake's tail is very minimal, it doesn't take much to cause death of tissue.)

Update: Runa has shed, and the eyecaps and scab came off. She is all good now. Thank you for your help.
