It's all good- I'd much rather too many people call attention to a dangerous temperature than not enough. ;)

I just randomly spray all the vivs liberally then when one goes into shed mode ( colour change , creamy eyes and disappear for a while ) I spray well each day … then when their colour returns and eyes clear then I start spraying well a couple of times each day
