Hey Jo,

I like livejournal.com because it allows me to journal. I can make things completely private, share with friends only or make some journals public, I can also set up special groups of friends that I share only certain things with or set up just one person in a private share catagory. I also like it because it's free, however, if I want to (and eventually I will) I can become a paid member and receive more services. i.e. more pics, search features and the ability to make polls and such things.

And I will, Jamie! If it doesn't come tomorrow, I think the safest thing to do is wait another week... Sorry about all the chaos what with your moving and the holidays and all! :ohmygod:

I really need to learn how to customize my LJ better, and I need to find a unicorn (that isn't stolen from somewhere) icon tooo!

I am an icon makin fool, feel free to make requests :) Even semi-animated icons. My Jareth/Labyrinth one is the only one I didn't make myself, and I made all but one of Karen's too. It's fun! I'd be happy to make you a unicorn icon, whatever image/style you like.

We can do that. It wont matter much either way. I am gone as of Tuesday anyway so my fiance will have to do the packing and shipping whether its tuesday or the following tuesday. Let me know! :)

Yippee, I would love that! Thank you! I prefer unicorns that look like horses but not childish (i.e. "my little ponyish" unicorns blech). BTW I fell in love with David Bowie when in the fifth grade because of Jareth/Labyrinth! I still have a weakness for thin men with long hair that sing in tight pants. I'm sorry was that TMI?

Yes I did, I have this thing where I keep my favorite quotes from movies, at the end Sarah says to Jareth "You have no power over me." I love that line!

*thwaps Jamie* Labyrinth is a classic!! :P And as for Gomez, if it doesn't come tomorrow I'll let you know so we can wait a week, I don't want to risk not having perfect warm coziness for him to come home to.

I'm *such* a Bowie fan. Started with Labyrinth, continued with the rest of his music, style, etc and so forth. He's my all time favorite musician, which is why our rabbit with one blue eye and one brown is named Bowie. I can't call it a crush exactly, but I do love the man! Huge Jareth centric framed Labyrinth poster over the bunny cage even. Henson + Bowie + Barn Owls=:love:
