Well one adult ackie can live in a 30 gallon tank. This cage is way bigger than a 30. 30s are 3' long by 1' wide. This cage is 4.5' x 1.5' or therabouts.

Yes.. well two ackies don't need double the space that one does. I'm not really sure how big the enclosure should be for a trio.
