"She" sounds more like a "he" to me- restlessness at this time of year (searching for a mate) with less interest in eating. It would be nice to know for sure what gender, but either way, you'll have to play along as best you can. If this IS a male though, they tend to be fine with smaller meals (nothing larger than a small rat when full-grown).
You might be handling too often for this snake's appetite to kick in- or rather, for the snake to be focused on eating, feeling safe (private) enough & all that. When & how do you offer food? Details?
I have two ceramic rock hides, one on either side. They are both the same size (about 4-5ish inches) and i find that he(?) switches up between both of them just fine.
I was planning to leave him alone for a sometime now [emoji28] I just got so excited that he was actually allowing me to hold him again and I wanted to check him out to make sure there wasn’t anything physically wrong.
I feed at night usually around 8pm, I feed frozen small rats. Ill defrost them with warm water and sometimes use a hair dryer if it isn’t getting warm enough with the water. Once the rat is warm to the touch (i dont do a specific temperature, slightly above room temp), Ill put it in the tank and wiggle it around a bit until my bp sees it. I then have to set it down and leave him be for a while. I find he wont strike if theres a lot of movement around his enclosure, so ill go to a different room for 15-30 mins and then come back. Usually at that point he’s either fully eaten it or just finishing up.
The last time is tried to feed him he was just completely uninterested and was way more focused on just leaving his enclosure and exploring

Correction to the above* the hides are made of a “hard wearing resin” as advertised on the Exo Terra website

Until he looks hungry & eats for you, instead of being restless. ;) I know it's more fun to handle a snake, but eating is "job 1" for pretty much all living pets.
