Snake meals don't have to be timed by "weeks" either- it's just easier for many of us to remember & schedule that way, but it's also easy to stick a reminder on your calendar & feed every 10 days, if that works better. No absolute rules- snakes don't eat "on schedule" in the wild, that's for sure. And they're bound to be less active as pets too.
