Eh, in that case I’d be wary if you read some shady reviews of them. I didn’t know that about them as I’ve never purchased through them that I can recall.
Keep in touch with Spyder Robotics. Dion is a really good guy and makes a great thermostat that won’t let you down. And if it does he’ll make it right.

I am sure they are legit lol... wen i get mind in hand it will be to late for you. they will be out of stock lol, even VE brands are out of stock, but I wanted Herpstat anyways.
You can tell wen a site is legit, they have MORE then enough information to see that they are legit....:)
