Also, remember that any time you go to check on his whereabouts, walk lightly. Snakes feel our foot-steps & if he was just about to come out, he'll probably back up &
hide some more. No matter what kind of floor you have (some are much more solid that others) just remember that snakes notice all the vibrations we make. Most of us
    aren't very stealthy...;)

I'll go the otherway. I would worry the snake could follow the pipes an get into the wall or under the house. I would have discountected the water lines by now an removed the four screws holding the cabinet to the wall. Yes, you may have to caulk the sink or backsplash. You tube will show you how if you don't know.

Anotherway nobody will like but it's safe an works. You'll need a vacuum, a stepdown an some tubing or hose to fit the stepdown. Work the hose near the snakes head. The snake "may" go into the hose on its own. Try that first. You only use the vacuum on the head. This really works great on mice, gerbils, hamsters an small snakes. Larger snakes will wrap around the hose as soon as it knows its caught. Thus needing a bigger hole to remove said animal.

Me, I'm taking the cabinet out.

    Good luck recovering your snake.

    I GOT HIM BACK!

Thank you to everyone who made suggestions, I applied them all and he finally came out, 72 hours after I lost him. He seems unbothered that his little adventure is over and I'll finally get some sleep tonight.

I'm so glad to have him back, and so grateful to the quick responses that led to it.
