I've always been charged in full at the time of order (I place orders via website). Never bothered me though but I've never seen an option for deposit. I'm sure Ali would work with me though, she's always super nice if I have to call for an order update. Last order shipped with my bf's dad's order and she refunded some of the shipping without having to be asked.

I got charged the full amount when I ordered about a month ago. I'm totally fine with that.

$4-500 for six months is a bit much and if somone complained they "might" have issues with the credit card companies? I am not complaining nor making any calls. Even with the long wait I said this was my only issue. I am happy with the build quality and price.
