Since Baytril and Fortaz didn't work, my next step would be to have the vet do a blood draw and ship the sample overnight to these guys for a "boid panel" (it's on the submittal form).

I cannot offer much advice, as I'm very new to snake ownership myself, but I am a vet tech, and I strongly recommend having your vet do the culture. If he's become resistant to the Baytril, finding an effective antibiotic would be a huge potential help. I hope your sweet noodle baby feels better soon! I am sure you are worried. ♥
