Re: Deli cups and PVC holder for water bowl questions. Thank you!
Thank you so much! May I have a link or where did you buy them? Does water spills after you remove the rubber?
I'm thinking if my bowls now are too low so the substrate get inside easily.

I remove the rubber ring around the base, so they do slide around but I don't want muck and poo getting caught up in there.
Really like them.

With a base like this it will work my only warning will be the qulity of the stainless steel (not saying it is not) but sometimes (often from china) some stuff are advertised as stainless steel when they are not and after a while start rusting. Always something to look for (been there done that)

I bought them at walmart in the dog bowl section. I removed the rubber before using and threw it away, the water doesn't spill usually when they are moved around (most of my snakes have flat paper/corrugated as bedding, atbs and colubrids have reptile prime substrate, yes the snakes can still push substrate into the bowl but that's the case with any dish).
They had 3 different sizes, I mostly use the medium size, it's not very shallow. The smallest one are rather shallow.
edit to add - haven't had any rust issues, I use a regular green/yellow sponge for normal cleans and steel wool if they need a good scrubbing.

Thank you so much! I'll go to Walmart to take a look! When you fill in water do you fill like 1/2 of the bowl? I wonder is it because I fill too much water lol

Thank you so much! It's amazing that ramekins don't spill! I thought they could easily spill! May I know how big ramekins do you use and what type of deli cups do you use? Thank you!
