What are you doing for heating in this cage? It sounds like you are going to have a sick or injured snake on your hands very soon if not already at this rate. Temps need to stay steady, low 80s ambient, hot spot of 88 or so, all controlled by thermostats or dimmers, checked frequently with a temp gun and I keep an indoor/outdoor probe thermometer in all my cages for a quick check on temps. You should not have cords in the cage, heating devices should all be outside, lights, same, nothing she can get wrapped in or burn herself on in the cage.

OP, I'm not trying to pick on you here, but trying to turn this into a learning experience.
This is exactly why it's important to research, prep, and have everything ready before bringing an animal home.
It's sad that a living creature had to lose its life to teach a lesson.

Could be a troll. But either way, it can be a learning experience. Whether OP is real or not, I don't know. But if so, hopefully he/she learns from the mistakes.

I came on this page for help, everyone's comments are as if I should be a pro or something? Just because I ask a question or say this or that happened everyone will over exaggerate and that's something I didn't think the ball Python community would be. My ball python is healthy, I converted her from live to frozen, her ambient is 79-81 and hotspot 91 I use a heavy hide to keep the thermostat regulating whatever is inside the hot hide I heat gun the hot spot cold spot and water twice or thrice a day and keep a towel with aluminum tin foil on top and have a constant 60% humidity also she's in shed right now her eyes were blue now they're a bit normal I expect a shed within the next 3 days. Also I take her out of her hide (usually hotspot she's always there) and I hover her over the water and she really drinks from it. Sometimes she'll slither to the side of the bowl and continue to drink. Btw the cord was from the thermostat. Not Trolling.
