But yeah, wait a week to ten days before offering. Her being good and hungry will likely help with the transition.
If she doesn't eat wait her out. A few missed meals won't hurt and the sooner you transition the easier it will be.

They are quite impressive when it comes to what they can eat. With juvenile BPs you want to feed prey items 10-15% of the snake's body weight.
