Re: banana spotnose paradox?
Obviously $300 for a single gene banana is overpriced (although standard at PetSmart), but OP is talking about a banana spotnose. There are 3 listed on MM right now, all males, with a price range of 325-375. :) Now, would I personally pay that for a banana combo? No. But that's because I don't like bananas, lol.
But I am also interested in seeing pics OP. I like paradoxes. :)

We are talking about it because OP said this: "but it seems like just a banana sometimes goes for $300". From that comment, it seemed as if it was not obvious to OP, so I wanted to clarify.
I was just pointing out that via breeder and expo pricing, they pretty much never get sold for that price unless it is a high contrast line.

Ahhh, I'm sorry, I must have skipped that part. Why isn't it the weekend yet?! 😁
Re: banana spotnose paradox?
Lol, I sold an adult male banana het pied for $200 plus shipping.
A female will definitely catch more dough. The male bananas are harder to sell.
