    I used to use the Lowe's fake grass stuff. Buying in that kind of bulk it is so much cheaper it verged on disposable.

    (See the fake grass WAS a gateway drug to using newsprint as substrate! A tale of woe and disposability!)

    I'd agree Lowe's in a great resource for that rubber backed green carpeting stuff. At least where I live it's way more reasonably priced there. We did look at it but with 6 cages to clean up, it just didn't make sense time wise for me as it seems every day someone has pooped, peed or tipped their water dish (Brann the Brat takes great snakey glee in doing this as much as possible LOL).

    Aspen is working really well for us right now and WalMart bless their lil corporate hearts sells it for quite a bit less than the local pet stores.
