No not at all. He has pretty much been this way since I purchased him. If anything his tail has become more of a gun metal and he’s been more mottled and like a greenish gold up top. He is def different and looks nothing like the “standard” BTC that you’d see with a quick google search. Not that there is anything tandard about these awesome aniamls. But I love how different he is !!
i actually have fed him chicken feet! Well on a whole chick that is. I like to vary his diet with baby chicks rats and mice. I have not tried fish yet but I plan to. They really will eat anything you give them !
