    And so did I miss this thread originally- oops! Anyway, I made a similar blunder many years ago- cleaned cages & put a pair of yearlings briefly into the same container,
    thinking they were WAY too young. They had other ideas... I felt horrible, as I've always insisted on any snakes I've bred be fully grown, preferably 4+ years old, but
    there she was laying lovely viable eggs, not just the next year, but for the next FIVE! :O & without a re-match! I'm glad I wasn't the only one, thanks AbsoluteApril.
    The downside was that while not too young to reproduce, it did stunt her growth & she didn't have a long life either, sadly...it took too much out of her, even in cushy
    captivity.
