    Thing is the when I got my first hatchling Burm the breeder strongly recommended that I never give him a hide as he argued they're so confident and inquisitive they do better without them in captivity... no predators etc ... Oddly enough the Retic breeder said the same thing ..plus he said you don't want a 13' killing machine shooting out of a hide coming at you ...

    Anyways ... just my take on things..

    Ive been thinking about this.... and I was considering taking them away once he is about a year... most of these Hatchlings stay in Tubs and racks when at the breeders and get their security from being hidden... so I thought until he was a year Id give him that. He’s really mellow and i take the Hide out, tap him with the hook and pick him right up. 1 out of 10 times he kicks me and would rather be left alone, then again Im the same way [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]
