You got me there, shame on me for not taste testing the rats before giving them to Atom!

You buy generic brands at the supermarket so you have more money to spend on rodent food.
Re: You know you're a snake keeper when...
Instead of tinsel hanging from your Christmas tree you use snake skin sheds

When you have long discussions about big balls and nice racks and there is actually no sexual innuendo.

Damn, You beat me to it. LOL.
When you go out in public and people ask to hold your Snake instead of saying HI.
when you talk about rubber, moons, and rainbows and it has none thing to do with the weather or even being outside.
When you plan your house temps to keep your snakes happy and your guests talk about how warm your place is and ask you how you keep it not dried out during the winter while using heat.
when people talk more about your snakes than your dogs.

That drives me nuts. I was camping one time and we came across a WDB Rattler. Some dude that was with one of my friends grabbed a shovel and was gonna go handle it. He was surprised when I told him he'd have to go through me. I mean really guy? It's over 100 yards from camp and not bothering anybody. Just leave it be. Some peoples kids I swear.

I was camping in Costa Rica and my husky spotted a Fer-de-lance. Not a big fan of hots but we respected it and went our own way and the snake his own way. They are important. Just don't be stupid and play with something you don't understand and avoid them if need be.
