BTW, I'm wanting to bring my boys the the Manchester show this winter. How many breeders/booths are there at that show?

Too damn many. Personally, I hated it and will never go again.

The crowd was huge, so much so that it was difficult to get a good look at the animals. Often I needed to stand on tip toes and lean forward to get a glimpse of the animals. There was always somebody bumping into me or getting in the way, and of course the crowd moved slowly. Talking to the vendors was difficult as they all seemed stressed and over busy. The back row was better, that's where I encountered Helena's breeder, but even then it was only at my upper limits of tolerance.

Keep in mind this was the October Expo. Maybe the Jan. one will draw fewer people. Also this is just my impression and I'm a bit of an iconoclast. Maybe you and your boys will have a great time. If they've never been to a reptile expo before I can see it being a good experience. Lots of animals, lots of different kinds of animals, including arachnids and insects. My daughter enjoyed it.
