You don't need to adjust temps after a feed. They need to remain constant 24/7. 92-94 hot side and 82-84 cool side. Do not let temps go below 80 if possible. I can not emphasis this enough!!

Accidental ingestion of substrate shouldn't be an issue. Remember they digest bones. ;) A little fibrous material should be no sweat to them. Keeping a record of you husbandry is a great idea. If you have more still feel uncomfortable about your snake, go and have a checkup done. It's always good to have a vet familiar with your pet and if you ever have an emergency you won't be scrambling to find one.

A regurg is a sign of a very serious problem. If you care at all about your animal, why wouldn't you at least get it checked out?

There isn't a single disease that a ball python can get that just "goes away" on it's own.

Those temp guns can sometimes be off by as much as 5 degrees. IMO, a cheap digital thermometer actually works much better.

Hope your snake's going to be OK.

Thought your humidity was a bit on the high side. My BPs have their humidity about 55% most of the time except when they're in shed when I whack it up. As soon as they've shed I let the humidity come down again to 55%.

    What's your opinion Adam?

    Hey,
The vet visit went great she looked dehydrated because she has a lot of skin (to much) so when she movees you can see extra skin. It is because she grew from 75 ounces to 175 ounces since i have HER!!!! I am so happy. Though yesterdfay when i took her i saw a scratch but it was already healing and i am putting antibiotic cream on. They did a fecal and there were no parasites. He said she may have regurged because of lack of undertank heat.
