    I've had my bp now almost a week, he's about 22-24". He also keeps climbing onto a lip at the base of the sliding glass door, about 4" from the bottom of the enclosure. He inevitably falls off with a gentle thud. I was a little concerned until I read these posts! I guess he just has plenty of time on his hands.

    Some of them seem to think they are climbers LOL. Our 2 year old female, Kyna, thinks she's a tree snake (apparently she hasn't read The Ball Python Manual silly snake!).

    I noticed you said she was out and it's feeding night. Perhaps she's just starting to look around for food. Some of ours are very active on feeding day, outside of their normal routine.

    I feed her last night and everything went good. She ate the biggest prey shes ever ate.
