    Zoo med sent me two new bags... and retalked to the people at petco to tell them again that their bags contain mites...
    one guy... understanding and wanting to check the bags and tell people they contain woodmites..
    one lady just said that sucks
    one lady... oh well reptibark always contains wood mites...and forest floor is supposed to have mites and other bugs

    zoomed on this- our products are to be PEST-FREE when they leave our facility... they can become contaminated during shipment or at the stores that they are being sold at, we apologize.

    Sounds like you got some satisfaction from Zoo Med, at least. Maybe their rep will get after Petco about it?

    Yeah I think im going to contact the petco regional manager about the local employees getting their information correct... as i already contacted the manufacturer since the employee were clueless and gave misinformation. Yes zoomed has great customer service... petco... not so much...
