    Clean his tub, put in clean paper towels, put the water dish with warm water in it over the belly heat, and spill some of the warm (not hot) water on the paper towels so they are wet but no puddles. Insert snake and hide and leave over night. Always worked for me. The tub will build lots of condensate and he will rub around when he is ready. I never bathed, soaked, or helped my snakes in any way, does more harm then good.

    Yes, this ^^^^^. "Humid hides" are your friend...and your snake's bff.
