She just arrived and has been unpacked into her new home. I'm at work now so I'll try to get some pics up this evening.

    Weight was 765 grams.

Update! I've been trying to leave her alone to acclimate to her new home, particularly since she's been striking at me some when I tried checking on her.

She ate a small rat a few days ago, but only after I left it in her cage - trying to feed it to her with tongs she just made a few defensive strikes.

Last night was a little more positive though. I tried to take her out for handling and while she did strike at me it was less aggressively and less often. And, after a few minutes she relaxed a bit for the first time and un-curled her neck from the "S" position to explore a little.

I'll give her a couple days off before I open the cage again but I feel like we're starting to move in the right direction. My phone died and I need to pick up a replacement but once I do I'll try to post some new pics.

Congrats Dave. Sounds like she's starting to settle down a bit. I believe a few good meals goes a long way. Once she realizes that you're the hand that feeds hopefully she'll stop that biting altogether. :)

I realize that this thread is old, but does Kevin Marter sell animals direct? Does he have a website?

He does not have a website, but does sell direct - I think he generally has people waiting for his offspring and doesn't always need to post them. This is an older ad, but perhaps you would be able to get in contact with him.
    Marter ad

I was able to get a female from him back in 2011, and even compared to various morphs, she is still one of my favorites by far.
