I ordered my first BP online from Garrick Demeyer of Royal Constrictor Designs. I picked a pretty Pastel Leopard from his website and emailed with a few questiins, asking if it would be a good choice for a first time owner. He was very helpful in answering my questions and the animal arrived on time and was healthy and eating well. I think the breeder you choose is more important than the snake itself because a good breeder will only sell healthy, eating snakes and will be reachable if you have any questions or problems later on. FaunaClassifieds can be a good source to check if the breeder you are looking at has had any issues.
